It might be because I drive a VW Jetta 2010 (it's worth very little) but because I drive European car or something I felt like I was getting ripped off. (the car is only worth $6500). I also got an oil pan from them which took 2-3 weeks to get it in the shop. Over two weeks. I found V-dubz and more after. If you drive VW go there instead. I felt way better there.

I am about to graduate from Carroll College and I am from the Seattle area. I drive my 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada back and forth a few times a year. When the check engine light came on a friend from Helena recommended DJ's to me and I have taken my car their for regular services for the past three years. Every time the prices have been reasonable, the work has been done in a timely fashion, I was walked though everything that was done to my car, and treated exceptionally well. I would recommend DJ's to anyone who needs their car checked out or just a regular servicing.

The best service and price in town hands down. I will never take my cars anywhere else. I trust them, they are honest with me, and they don't charge me any more than they have to! Quotes are right on, and Bryan knows his stuff!!

I've been going to DJs before it was DJs - they've taken care of my Nissan and two Subarus. I trust them completely and have never been disappointed. I note that some folks have had less than happy experiences but I guarantee if you talk with Don or Sam they'll take care of the situation pronto.

My son brought his car in for a mechanical issue. It was fixed and price was good. But car was left outside overnight unlocked. Someone got in it and ripped the glove box door off. It has a combination barrel lock. DJ was going to look for a replacement. We called a couple times but said he was looking. We paid him for his work, but glove box issue not resolved.

We apologize that this unfortunate event occurred. We want to make sure this issue gets resolved and all parties involved are satisfied and feel heard. Feel free to give us another call or drop in and ask for the manager and they will be sure to take care of this situation.

I had my truck in for service and repairs. They took over a month. Were unresponsive to calls. When I finally got it back they DID NOT: check or change the oil.it was low and needed to be changed . check or clean the air filter (K&N); checked batteries they said they were fine - they weren't (I told them I suspected they were bad) I had ask them to check it over & get it ready for road. They replaced clutch ( I hope). All in all extremely disappointed. After having it for a month,almost $2k not returning calls I expected more attn to basic details.

We brought our Ford diesel one ton truck in because it was smoking (smelled like unburned fuel), wouldn't go into four wheel low, the parking brake wasn't working, and the squirter for the windshield washer wasn't working. DJ's had our truck for the better part of one month. They charged us nearly $3000.00. Now the truck still smokes, there is NO four wheel drive at all, the parking brake still does not work. There is, however, a tiny little bit of washer fluid that squirts weakly onto part of the windshield. Not happy. When I called to discuss the issues, Brian blamed me for the problems. IE: "Well, it took longer than it should have because you wouldn't give us permission to do the work." I gave permission within 48 hours of the estimate. "We don't know what happened after you drove it out of the shop." I called as soon as I recognized all the things that were still not fixed. Even less happy. They did not seem to do the work they are hired to do & they do not seem to care.
