Spoke with Oliver. He said he has used this business many times. The last time he took his vehicle to this facility, the issue didn't really get fixed. He is not sure if that's their fault.

We arrived home from a trip with both of the front axle shafts in need of work. DJ's was able to look at my car and let us know what needed to be done. Have used DJs on a number of occasions in the past and recommended them to many friends and family members. My last visit was not as impressive. Took my dodge truck in for heater core replacement and was told my battery needed replacement. Dash was damaged in numerous places when truck was returned. This is an older veh and I can understand the dash may have become brittle. However, I became stranded three days later as my truck would not start. I suspected a bad battery connection. Found that the mechanic had rolled a piece of an aluminum can around tha battery post as the clamp would not fully tighten. Was surprised that a professional shop would not take the time to either change out the battery with the proper sized post or install a post sleeve which only costs a couple of dollars. I can see using this measure in an emergency but not when your charging your customer for the battery and proper installation. Needless to say the pop can didn't work and I was stuck in the rain with a dead vehicle. Fixed this myself once I got home but from now on will likely not be a customer at DJs.
