Merrilee said Brian was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. The staff was unable to find the problem on the first visit. The problem was worse by the second visit. She was then charged for a test drive. She also found a scratch on the vehicle. The staff should have found the problem on the first visit.

My car is as much DJ 's car as it is mine... they've resurrected it from lawn ornament to a functional daily driver and ski adventure rig... new engine, transmission, etc. They are the only ones who touch it as far as service. I recommend that any Subaru owner use these guys for their vehicle's maintenance.

Dave said the staff missed a component they didn't fix, that they didn't spend enough time on it. He's getting it fixed elsewhere.

Kris said the staff fixed the problem and he recommends this business for service. He stated that when the vehicle came out, his rear view mirror was busted, and should have come out better than when it went in.
